(SoapOperaNetwork.com) — Super Channel picks up season 2 of “Passions” re-runs.

Great news Canadian “Passions” fans! A spokesperson for Super Channel tells Soap Opera Network that the paid cable channel will continue airing Passions re-runs. Season 2 of the supernatural drama will begin airing Monday, August 10 at 2PM ET on SC3. “Presently no decision has been made regarding airing season 3 or other seasons of Passions,” says the spokesperson. Also at the moment, the cable channel has no plans to stream re-runs of soap online.

The spokesperson also wanted to assure SON readers that “The price for a Super Channel subscription varies per provider and is also dependent on current offers and bundle prices, so it’s best to check with your provider to find the best pricing available.”

“Passions” was an American soap opera that was created by the late James E. Reilly back in 1999. NBC broadcasted the soap from 1999-2007, after the network axed the show. DirecTV later picked up the soap, only to cancelled it after one season. Former “Passions” stars Lindsday Hartley (Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald), Galen Gering (Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald) and Eric Martsolf (Ethan Winthrop) can currently being seen on the final NBC soap, “Days of Our Lives,” while Daphnée Duplaix Samuel (Valerie Davis) can be seen on the ABC soap, “One Life to Live

Hello Everyone!  The other day we were #1 hits on google thanks for all the suport and visiting the site even due it has been IMA for a long time almost sense August 2008, when Passions ended and Liza stepped out of daytime and in more with her family and her 3 boys. We are currently getting a new main site layout and its our 4th sense we opened sometime in october last year! We are also changing to wordpress and getting this site more of a proffesional look isnt that great?? Also we are expecting out Vault to her a new look as well i thought it was about time. hehe so keep on comming back for more suprises, and the new layout in the next couple of weeks so see you all then with lots of new uppdates and hoping to get this place back online and a fun place again.  // Pilla.
